The Initiative for a Digital Africa is a global network of organizations committed to supporting prosperity, economic growth, and job creation across Africa by promoting the adoption of robust digital policies.
To reach these goals, Initiative for a Digital Africa works to:
EDUCATE
policymakers across the continent on the tremendous potential benefits of digital trade to foster greater economic growth and regional integration and to promote prosperity throughout the continent.
HIGHLIGHT
the value of infrastructure improvements and robust capacity building to spur investment and innovation.
ENHANCE
the voice of African economies, businesses, and workers across key international for a, including the World Trade Organization’s
(WTO) Programme on Electronic Commerce.
ENCOURAGE
alignment of legal and regulatory environments and the adoption of international standards to facilitate greater interoperability and boost digital trade growth.
